1:1 Live Online Training

30-minute online personal training sessions include live 1:1 Zoom workouts scheduled flexibly over 2–4 weeks, a personalized training plan tailored to your goals and equipment, and real-time coaching with form correction. You’ll receive ongoing progress tracking, session-to-session adjustments, basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and limited support between sessions to keep you accountable and moving forward. Available in one-, four-, or eight-session packages

Online Coaching

Online coaching offers flexibility, convenience, and personalized support no matter where you are. It’s a great option if you have a busy schedule, travel often, or prefer working out from home. With customized workouts, regular check-ins, and expert guidance, you can stay consistent, motivated, and on track to reach your fitness goals—all on your own time. Not a lot of time or equipment? No problem. It's designed just for you!

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching provides you with a personalized approach to healthy eating that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. You can expect practical guidance, accountability, and ongoing support to help you build sustainable habits. Health and Wellness Coaching

Sometimes you want more than just personal training—you want guidance that supports your whole lifestyle. With health and wellness coaching, you’re not only getting workouts, you’re getting tools to build healthier habits, improve nutrition, manage stress, and create balance in and out of the gym. It’s about looking at the bigger picture of your health so you can feel stronger, more energized, and in control of your wellness journey.

I offer several different packages to fit your needs and goals. We’ll go over all the options during your initial consultation, or you can request the information ahead of time.

I offer both! In-person sessions are available in the New York City area (Manhattan and the Bronx), and I also provide online coaching to clients anywhere.

There are a few options! If you have a PureGym membership, I can train you at the 125th Street location. I also offer training in your home gym. Contact me and we’ll figure out the best option for you.
