How we accept your order

Your order is accepted once payment is successfully processed and you receive confirmation via email. At that point, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Hunting Wellness.

If we cannot accept your order

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the product or service.

4. Our Right to Make Changes

Coaching Sessions

Hunting Wellness reserves the right to reschedule coaching calls or personal training sessions when necessary. Changes to session time or date do not entitle you to a refund or discount.

Minor changes to products

We may update or modify our products or services to:

• Comply with legal or regulatory requirements; or

• Make minor technical improvements or enhancements.

These changes will not materially impact your ability to use the product or service.

5. Digital Content Access

For one-time purchases of digital content, access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Once access is provided, the content is considered delivered.

6. Refunds

Digital Content

Due to the immediate access provided, all digital content sales are final. Once purchased, you may not cancel or request a refund for a change of mind.

Money-Back Guarantee (If Offered)

If a money-back guarantee is explicitly stated for a specific product, it applies only if, within 3 months of purchase, you have:

• Consumed no more than 15% of the program content;

• Completed all recommended actions from the content you accessed; and

• Provided evidence that you experienced no improvement or value despite genuine effort.

All supporting evidence must include clear timelines and documentation. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Hunting Wellness, and our decision is final.

Payment Plans

This is not a subscription service. If you select a split payment plan, you are responsible for the full purchase price at the time of purchase. Failure to complete installment payments does not cancel your obligation.
