1:1 Live Training

Online or in-person (NYC) 45-minute personal training sessions include a personalized plan based on your goals and equipment, plus real-time coaching with form correction. Progress is tracked and adjusted each session, with basic nutrition guidance and support to keep you consistent. 

Online Coaching

Online coaching offers flexibility, convenience, and personalized support no matter where you are. With customized workouts, regular check-ins, and expert guidance, you can stay consistent, motivated, and on track to reach your fitness goals all on your own time. Not a lot of time or equipment? No problem. It's designed just for you!

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching provides you with a personalized approach to healthy eating that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. You can expect practical guidance, accountability, and ongoing support to help you build sustainable habits. Whether your goal is weight loss, more energy, better performance, or improved overall health, my nutrition coaching empowers you to make confident, informed choices that lead to long-term results.

Small Group Training

Small group training sessions (8 pp) in person for those in NYC, creating a supportive, high-energy environment where you can build strength, confidence, and consistency alongside others. Corporate fitness classes are designed to get your team moving, reduce stress, and boost both mental clarity and physical health. These beginner-friendly weekly sessions meet people where they are, no intimidation, just real progress so your employees can feel better, move better, and show up stronger both in and out of the workplace.
