Hunting Wellness Refund Policy
Digital Services, Coaching & Training Programs
At Hunting Wellness, we offer personalized coaching services and digital wellness programs, including (but not limited to) personal training, online wellness coaching, health coaching, and nutrition coaching. These services are delivered digitally and/or through scheduled sessions and customized plans.
Because of the nature of these services, all sales are final once access is granted or services begin.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase cannot be cancelled, and Hunting Wellness is not obligated to provide a refund, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds for the Product shall only be given in line with our terms & conditions:
- If you meet the criteria under our Money Back Guarantee;
- If there is a technical issue that the Seller is responsible for, which has prevented you from accessing the Digital Product within 48 hours of purchasing;
- If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund; or
- If your payment was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud etc).
Money Back Guarantee:
This is offered only if, within 3 months of purchase, you have:
- Not consumed more than 15% of the course content (Digital Product);
- Provided evidence that all suggested actions within the course content already consumed have been completed by you; and
- Provided evidence that you have seen no improvement in performance or value from the Digital Product.
Evidence to support the above, must be provided with clear indication as to dates, overall sales data and genuine effort on your part to apply actions from the course. The evidence will be reviewed by the Seller who will make the ultimate decision as to your eligibility for a refund.
Personal Training & Coaching Sessions
All personal training sessions and coaching services are non-refundable.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to attend scheduled appointments do not qualify for refunds.
Any rescheduling policies are governed separately by our cancellation policy (if applicable).
Once a session, plan, or coaching period has started, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or services.
Cancelling Split Payments:
If you have been offered a split payment plan including pay in 2 or pay in 3, you become immediately liable to pay the full fee to the Seller, as soon as you have ordered the Product. If you wish to cancel your purchase, we will provide a refund where the refund is requested within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Change of Mind & Early Termination:
Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why the Product is not suitable for you, we will not be able to refund you.
